STEP1 必要なもの

 

STEP2 アプリをダウンロード

App StoreまたはGoogle Playにて、「バイクシェアサービス」アプリをダウンロードし、会員登録を行います。 アプリは以下のボタンからダウンロードできます。

STEP3 会員登録

1. (1) Select My Area
   A bike share operator account will be created for the area you set as My Area.
   
   

   *One account is for one bicycle.

   *Select Docomo Bike Share Members
   ※ほかの地域で取得したアカウントはご利用いただけません。

1. (2) Enter membership information
   Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your membership information.
   

   *To use this service, a smartphone capable of receiving SMS is required.
   *You will need to obtain an "Authentication Code" which will be sent to your cell phone number.
   *Overseas SMS authentication will not be available from September 13, 2021.

   Please select a rate plan.

Register your IC card for more convenience!

1. If you register your transportation system IC card or mobile wallet as a key, you can unlock the bike just by holding it over your head and start using the bike. From the account screen of the application, select "Card Key/Smart Phone Key Registration" and follow the on-screen instructions to register. In addition to the mobile wallet, other types of IC cards, such as transportation system IC cards, can be used.

2. IC Card Registration

1. (1) Reserve a bicycle or select the square key from the unlock menu to obtain a 4-digit passcode.
   (2) Press "START"
   Enter the passcode (4 digits)
   The key will be unlocked and the room will be available for use.
   *If you are using an IC card, you do not need to enter the passcode.
